Your initial visit includes a detailed review of your medical history, a physical examination of your symptoms, a personalized care plan, and your first treatment session.
Initial visits are scheduled for 30 minutes to allow for a comprehensive assessment and treatment. Subsequent visits are in 15- or 30-minute increments, depending on your individual needs.
Frequency depends entirely on your condition, individual goals, and how your body responds to care. After your initial evaluation, we will outline a recommended plan and adjust it based on your progress.
That is completely up to you. Many patients choose periodic visits to maintain mobility and prevent future issues—much like a regular dental checkup. Others prefer to come in only when a specific issue arises. We always respect your choice and support your unique lifestyle goals.
We are a cash-based practice and do not accept insurance directly. Our pricing is time-based and all-inclusive, meaning each session covers your adjustment along with any necessary modalities, exercises, or stretches—without surprise fees or add-ons. Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill (an itemized medical receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that we cannot guarantee the amount of reimbursement, or if your insurance provider will issue a refund at all.
We accept cash, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards for your convenience.
Our pricing is flat and transparent when paid at the time of service: 30-minute visits are $120, and 15-minute visits are $80.
